Novagence can accommodate holiday-goers with over 500 chalets, apartments and studios ranging from 2* to 4* star properties. The team works closely with local companies and organisation to be able to offer a variety of packages and special deals. According to the seasons, our special deals combine accommodation and activities such as paragliding, hiking, biking and others. Whereas other lastminute offers include lodging and a skipass for a week ski holiday.

Administration of Co-property
Fully qualified in this particular sector and with over 30 years’ experience , our staff manages most of the chalets and apartments in co-ownership in Anzère.
Management
When in Anzère, do you wish to be completely free to enjoy your holiday?
Our management department takes over all the cares of maintenance and supervision of your chalet or apartment. We deal with all the necessary work, such as repairs, cleaning and laundering, and other maintenance work.
In order to avoid all administrative trouble, you can give our address.
We will check and deal with all the bills (for taxes, coproperty expenses, insurance, electricity etc.) on your behalf.
Valuation
The specific knowledge and experience acquired over the years enables us to assess, on behalf of the owners or of the courts of law, valuations for banking operations, and questions of inheritance, amongst other requirements.
Business relations with the eastern European countries
Our firm acts in collaboration with Mr Atanas Tontchev for all contacts with visitors from eastern European countries.
Mr Tontchev has lived in Switzerland since 1976. Fully conversant with the Slav languages, he gives all the necessary advice on obtaining visas, starting up businesses, construction of chalets and apartments, the establishment of business relations, etc.
